Put him diapers if he continues to have repeated gas and stinks up the room. If you smell something funny, don’t ask him if he did it, but instead go directly for the diaper drawer and pull out a pair of fresh baby diapers for him to wear.
Remind him that you will not tolerate him passing gas (farting) around your home, and since he doesn’t seem to be able to control it, he’ll have to wear diapers until he doesn’t have any gas anymore. Tell him that it’s just what you would expect from a baby, not an adult,..so he will be treated like a baby then.

I can see a babysitter, after her homework is finished, having "sissy baby" sitting on her lap while she burps Missy! Oh! And reach around, to the back of his diaper and help relieve Missy by "making her" make gas!
