Day in Court

Notify him by official letter about a time and place to report to court (your female court).

 Set up an official court like atmosphere with a judge, jury, defense and prosecution.  You will need to organize with several woman to assist you as jury, lawyers, judges, etc., and you will need to make it in a setting that seems official.

Force him to defend himself, be judged, wait for a formal sentence or plea bargain. Perhaps have the sentence issued by someone else, but his executed and approved by you. 

You may want to even have his sentence sent to him several days later by official mail.
